The Church of St Elizabeth’s is located in Foleshill , Coventry. Established in 1912, designed by Harrison & Cox of Birmingham and reconsecrated in 1962, the church and parish has a strong history.
The church has a thriving and vibrant communities of different nationalities. The parish priest, parish pastoral council, groups, and individual members of the parish organise various events throughout the year; including an Africa Day, retreats, and social occasions.
The Parish Priest Father Moses is a members of the Religious Missionary Institute of the Apostles of Jesus (AJ). The order was founded in the East African Country – Uganda in 1968 by two Italian Comboni missionaries, late Bishop Sisto Mazzoldi and Rev Fr John Marengoni, with the current headquarters in Nairobi-Kenya. The Apostles of Jesus is a catholic missionaries order committed to the service of spiritual, pastoral and social welfare of all people.
